After graduating from college and retiring from being a collegiate athlete in 2012, I was searching for something that would light my soul on fire. I had never expected that “something” to be yoga – but after I took my first class 3 years ago, I knew I had found something that would send my life into a 360 degree change for the better. What drew me to yoga was how personal the practice was, and how it causes a deeper connection with the self. I always knew my purpose in life was helping and serving others in some way, and this intuition led me to complete my 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training in 2016. My classes are filled with positive energy, self-love and gratitude. I aim to create a safe place for my students to simply be themselves without any judgement or expectation. When I’m not practicing, I love to listen to music and spend time outside with loved ones – living life to the fullest, and bringing zest to every day!
